The Maize at Sherman Farm

The Maize at Sherman Farm

Our Maize has been rated one of the best corn mazes in New England by Yankee Magazine and was WMUR Viewers' Choice for Best Corn Maze in New Hampshire for both 2014 and 2015!

Inside the Maize, you can play Farm Scene Investigation, Barnyard Bing-oh! and Cornundrums (corny riddles to solve). Answer questions along the way; the correct answer is your passport, sending you off in the right direction! There are three phases in the Maize, one for every ability. Check our our themed weekends and events!

NEW THIS YEAR!
Look around the maze for signs that tell which squares to scratch to reveal a barnyard animal. Your card is a bingo winner when you have 5 barnyard animals in a row in any direction. Be careful to avoid scratching any of the 5 pesky skunks though-those are stinky and will void your card! You are eligible for a SUPER BINGO PRIZE if you are able to go a step further and scratch off all 19 squares containing barnyard animals without scratching any skunks.

Come spend the day. Visit the goats, play on the play set, explore the pumpkin patch and relax at the picnic tables.

A variety of concessions are available including farm-raised beef burgers, fresh-made kettle corn, cider donuts made with local cider, pulled pork sandwiches made from our own pork, and french fries.

The Haunted Maize will be closed for 2016

Please note: The cornfield maze is a real cornfield, so uneven surfaces are common. Strollers are not recommended unless it is the bicycle tire type. Wheelchairs are welcome but may work with difficulty. Bathrooms and hand washing stations are on site. Dogs are not allowed unless they are service dogs. No exceptions.
